Oct. 5 event features 10 marching bands
Don’t miss the drums, horns, dance teams and precision moves of every marching band in Chesterfield County Public Schools. The annual marching band exhibition will begin at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 5 at Monacan High School, 11501 Smoketree Drive. Admission is free.
Marching bands from every comprehensive Chesterfield County high school will perform their field shows. They will take the field in this order: Matoaca, Manchester, Clover Hill, Meadowbrook, Monacan, Midlothian, James River, Cosby, Lloyd C. Bird and Thomas Dale. In case of rain, the exhibition will be rescheduled to Oct. 12.
